Matt ShelbyMatt Shelby was born in Los Angeles, California and moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1972. Matt graduated from Sahuaro High School and continued his education at Pima Community College. He majored in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and sheet metal technologies. Matt used his education and was employed by the University of Arizona for five years. He then went through a five-year apprenticeship program through the Plumbers & Pipe Fitters Union. As a Union journeyman pipe fitter various contractors in the construction industry employed him. Matt’s work experience includes industrial, commercial, light commercial, and residential; employers including Johnson Controls, Lockheed Martin at the Tucson Airport, and Glover Miller. At present time, Matt is part owner and General Manager of TRS Air Conditioning Services & Construction, Inc. |

Mary ShelbyMary Shelby was born in Abilene, Texas and moved to Tucson, Arizona as a toddler, her Mother being an Arizona native. Mary graduated high school and continued her education at Pima Community College and University of Arizona; her major was Accounting and Business Management. Mary did not use her education immediately; she was a fulltime Mom until her three children were school age. Entering the work force again she had various positions in retail, office positions, and sales. She made a career change to Registered Nurse and worked in that area for ten years. Mary took a short sabbatical from nursing to learn the basic office functions of TRS Air Conditioning Services & Construction, Inc. The rationale was to be an emergency fill in if there became a need, since her husband was part owner. Over five years later, Mary is part owner and Company Financial Officer for TRS. |
